You can book online through Fresha 24/7, or reach out via phone or Instagram DM. Booking a few days in advance is recommended, especially for weekends and package appointments, as spots fill quickly.

What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Accepted Answer

Credit card details are required to secure your booking. No payment is taken at the time of booking. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, 100% of the service fee will be charged. The same applies to no-shows. Things come up, so please reach out as early as possible and I will always do my best to accommodate you.

What should I expect at my first visit?

Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to fill out a brief consultation form covering your goals, any allergies, and medical history. We will chat through what you are after and I will recommend the best option for you before we begin. There is no pressure and no rush. Most clients book without a prior consultation. Everything is tailored on the day.

I am happy to walk you through what will suit your features, lifestyle, and goals. You can also leave a note in your Fresha booking and I will confirm the right service before your appointment.

I've never had these treatments before. Is that okay?

Completely. A lot of my clients are first-timers. The studio is quiet, private, and relaxed, designed specifically to feel calm rather than clinical. I will talk you through everything before we start and check in as we go. You are never expected to know exactly what you want. That is what the consultation is for.

How do I find the studio?

Accepted Answer

The studio is in Unit 5 of Building 16, a red brick apartment block in Bondi. It is a dedicated beauty studio, not a home studio. If you are approaching from Francis Street, go up the stairs and you will see a garden area. Walk to the left, go up the next set of stairs, and Unit 5 will be directly in front of you. If you are approaching from Edward Street, look for Building 16, the red brick one. Go down the stairs (there are a few in that area, including one near the bins) and continue until you see the entrance. Once inside, go up the stairs and Unit 5 will be there. Full directions and the exact address are sent with your booking confirmation.

Is there parking available near the studio?

There is street parking available on Edward Street and Francis Street, as well as metered parking on surrounding streets and a few nearby car parks within a short walk. The studio is also easily accessible by public transport.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

You can pay online when you book, tap to pay with PayPass in the studio, or pay over the phone. The card you use to secure your booking can also be charged directly if that is easier. Gift vouchers can be purchased online or in studio and make a lovely present for someone special.

How do I care for my lashes after a lash lift?

Accepted Answer

For the first 24 hours, keep your lashes dry and avoid oil-based products, steam, and mascara. After that, you can resume your normal routine. To extend the life of your lift, avoid waterproof mascara and use a gentle, oil-free cleanser around the eye area. A daily brush with a clean spoolie keeps them looking lifted and defined.

How do I maintain my lash extensions?

Avoid oil-based products around your eyes, do not rub or pull at your lashes, and cleanse them daily with a lash-safe foaming cleanser. Brush gently with a spoolie each morning. Avoid sleeping face-down and book infills every 2 to 3 weeks to maintain fullness.

What aftercare is needed for brow lamination?

Keep your brows dry and avoid touching them for 24 hours after treatment. Do not apply makeup, oils, or active skincare to the brow area during this time. After 24 hours, use a nourishing brow serum daily to keep the hairs conditioned and brush them upward each morning with a spoolie.

How should I prepare for a spray tan?

Exfoliate thoroughly the night before and shave or wax at least 24 hours prior. Arrive with clean, dry skin free of moisturiser, deodorant, and perfume. Wear dark, loose-fitting clothing and avoid tight shoes or socks. After the tan, wait the recommended development time before your first rinse.

Can I have treatments while pregnant?

Lash lifts, brow lamination, and tinting involve chemical solutions that are not recommended during the first trimester. Many treatments can be performed after that with adjusted formulas. Spray tanning is generally considered safe during pregnancy. Please let me know when booking and I will advise on the best options for you.

I have sensitive skin or allergies. Can I still have treatments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Hypoallergenic and gentle formulas are available for most treatments. Let me know about any sensitivities or allergies when booking and I can arrange a patch test 48 hours before your appointment if needed. Your comfort and safety always come first.

How long do lash extensions last?

Accepted Answer

A full set typically lasts 4 to 6 weeks with proper care. Most clients book an infill at the 2 to 3 week mark to keep them looking full and fresh. Retention varies depending on your natural lash cycle, skincare routine, and lifestyle.
